Returns & Refunds

Product refunds are given for damaged packages, but shipping fees are non-refundable

Returns are accepted for physical products in new, unused condition within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please email bcastleauthor@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be refunded the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your order arrived damaged or defective, please bcastleauthor@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Lost Orders
- Product refunds are given for lost packages on a case by case basis, but shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Unless otherwise communicated, if tracking is showing no issues in delivery, the package is not considered lost and is not eligible for a refund.
- Replacement products will not be an option.
Bound & Scorned’s No Resale Policy

Any limited stock items like ARC’s and PR boxes fall under our no resale policy.

This means that anyone caught purchasing multiples of these products and selling online at a markup will be at risk of a permanent ban from ordering future product.

Future orders may be cancelled without warning if our team is notified of resales discovered in online book groups/mercuri/ebay or any other market-based platforms.
Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet shipped unless they are already in production, such as with merch. Once a tracking number is issued or production has started, the order is final and must go through the returns process.
